Students at Chesterbrook Academy® Preschool Celebrate Earth Day
Students celebrated Earth Day and protecting the environment by planting in their school garden
Students at Chesterbrook Academy Preschool on Old Pump Road in Richmond recently celebrated Earth Day with a variety of environmentally friendly activities. Students worked together to plant various vegetables, herbs and flowers in their school garden. The Earth Day celebration was part of an ongoing gardening project, and students will use the vegetables and herbs they harvest in their school lunches. Chesterbrook Academy teaches the importance of community and exploring nature at an early age.
