Tim Hayes of Executive Home Care Richmond Named IFA Franchisee of the Year
Richmond-area home care owner to be honored by the International Franchise Association for business leadership and community service

RICHMOND, Va. - The International Franchise Association (IFA) named Tim Hayes, owner of Executive Home Care Richmond in Richmond, Virginia, as a 2026 Franchisee of the Year. Hayes will be honored at the IFA26 Advocacy Summit in Washington, D.C., Sept. 14-16, for outstanding franchise ownership and excellence in entrepreneurship, community outreach, workforce development and service to others. Nominated by his brand, the IFA Franchisee of the Year awards recognize top franchisees from IFA member brands across industries and communities nationwide.

Hayes and his team provide personalized, nonmedical home care services to older adults and families throughout the Richmond area.
