Victim Identified In Brookland Park Boulevard Homicide In Richmond
At approximately 11:47 p.m., officers were called to the 100 block of Brookland Park Boulevard for the report of a shooting.

Richmond Police detectives have identified the victim in last night’s homicide on Brookland Park Boulevard as Jermaine Green, 38, of Richmond.

At approximately 11:47 p.m., officers were called to the 100 block of Brookland Park Boulevard for the report of a shooting. Officers arrived and found an adult male, Green, down in a parking lot of a business suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Green was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injury.
The Medical Examiner will determine cause and manner of death.
