The Sprout 5K supports Sprout Therapeutic Riding & Education Center in Aldie, Virginia—a nonprofit (501(c)(3)) dedicated to changing lives through partnerships with horses. Sprout provides high-quality, adaptive programming that supports the physical, cognitive, social, and
emotional development of individuals with a wide range of diagnoses.
All proceeds from the Sprout 5K directly support participant subsidies, need-based scholarships, horse care, facility operations, and adaptive equipment—ensuring that every individual who can benefit from this work has access to it. Whether you plan to roll the 1K course, complete your first 5K, or chase a personal best, we invite you to join us for a day of movement, community, and purpose.
