in Northern Virginia adults 18 & over and 40 & over. The USTA offers a
wide variety of competitive tennis programs available for members of all ages.

Registrations for adult tennis leagues are now taking place for those looking
to enjoy the thrill of competition while making friends in the process. Health
benefits of tennis include increased burning of calories, reduction in blood

women. USTA Leagues offer several programs throughout the year that vary by
