• The University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce Is a Modern Hub for Student Success (retrofitmagazine.com) — Students and staff at the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce now have access to a significantly expanded complex, including the new Shumway Hall, renovated Cobb Hall, and the Breeden Commerce Grounds pedestrian gateway. The project adds advanced classrooms, data labs, and a centralized Student Success Center, all designed to foster collaboration, accessibility, and stronger daily connections across UVA's historic Grounds.
   

• GW Alum Herman Moore to be Recognized at UVA on Saturday (wakg.com) — University of Virginia football fans will see Cavalier legend Herman Moore honored at Scott Stadium on Saturday, Oct. 10, during the home game against Syracuse. The NFF College Football Hall of Fame will present Moore with an on-campus salute recognizing his record-setting 1990 season and role in elevating UVA to its first-ever No. 1 national ranking.
