• GW Alum Herman Moore to be Recognized at UVA on Saturday (wakg.com) — University of Virginia football fans will see Cavalier legend Herman Moore honored at Scott Stadium on Saturday, Oct. 10, during the home game against Syracuse. The NFF College Football Hall of Fame will present Moore with an on-campus salute recognizing his record-setting 1990 season and role in elevating UVA to its first-ever No. 1 national ranking.
