• Tour bus crushes worker before Squeeze concert, killing him (wsbtv.com) — A worker was killed Thursday evening at Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts in Vienna when a tour bus slipped off its support and crushed him, prompting cancellation of the Squeeze concert. Authorities have not yet released the victim's name, and Wolf Trap says more information for ticket holders about refunds or rescheduling will come next week.
• Rock band cancels concert after tour bus accident kills worker in Virginia (mlive.com) — Squeeze's Thursday concert at Wolf Trap in Vienna was canceled after a worker performing maintenance under a tour bus was fatally crushed in the venue's parking lot. Officials haven't identified the victim yet, and the band says they may try to reschedule while Wolf Trap continues with other scheduled performances.
• Beloved Rock Band Cancels Concert After Worker Is Killed in Tragic Tour Bus Accident (americansongwriter.com) — Vienna residents expecting to see Squeeze at Wolf Trap Thursday saw the show canceled after a man working beneath a tour bus at 1551 Trap Road was fatally crushed when its support failed. Police responded around 5 p.m., and both the band and venue say they may explore rescheduling while sharing condolences with the community.
