Gospel Yoga

New Outreach Program: Coming to Vienna Presbyterian Church this Fall

Gospel Yoga is designed to help participants slow down, breathe deeply, move mindfully, and experience the peace and presence of Christ in a gentle, accessible setting. Beginning Monday, September 14 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm and Thursday, September 17 from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm this weekly class is open and free to everyone. When school is in session, childcare is available during the Monday class for children ages 8 and under with at least 48 hours advance notice and registration.
