Alexandria Police Department Warns of Temporary Street Closures for
Pacers Parkway Classic 5K

For Immediate Release: April 24, 2021

The Alexandria Police Department will enforce
temporary street closures on Sunday, April 25, 2021, for the Pacers Parkway
Classic 5K. The race starts at Oronoco
and Union Streets and finishes in Oronoco Bay Park. Traffic congestion is expected on streets
east of the route between 8:00-11:00 a.m. while the race is underway.
