Our annual Blessing of the Pets for animals of all shapes and sizes will be held on Sunday, October 11, at 3:00 p.m. in the churchyard. There will be special prayers for beloved pets who have died. Bring their retired collars, leashes, and photos for a blessing. Christ Church will be accepting donations for the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria, as well as towels, blankets, and comforters for the animals’ cages. Christ Church, 118 N.
