I love this area and all it has to offer. I Crossfit and run and this fall am participating with The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Team in Training to run the Marine Corp 10k. My husband and I ware also running the Army 10 Miler. Alexandria also puts on a great Thanksgiving Turkey Trot. We are very fortunate in this area to have so many great place to run and explore, and afterwards eat and refuel! I look forward to sharing some of my favorite places with you all and hearing your suggestions. If there's a place you want me to check out, let me know!
