City of Alexandria to Resume Regular Yard Waste Collection Schedule on Monday, November 2

For Immediate Release: October 30, 2020

Beginning Monday, November 2, customers receiving yard waste collection from the City of Alexandria will be served on their normal trash and recycling collection days each week. Due to operational impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, the City had been collecting yard waste on Fridays only for several months.
