Come meet some of the DC PAWS dogs and cats looking for homes.

We are also actively looking for fosters that can provide a temporary home for our dogs and cats. Our foster program is essential to our mission of rescuing these animals. With limited space at our shelter partner, having available foster home for our animals is how we can save more innocent lives! Don’t worry if you can’t make a full-time commitment to fostering, we also need overnight fosters. This means you will take one of our dogs or cats home for the night and love and play with them until its time for them to go to their full-time foster home the next day or to their new adopters. We also need fosters that can temporarily foster when our full-time fosters are out of town. So there are many different ways you can foster with us!
