You’ll want to head to the annual Mile Long Yard Sale taking place Saturday, from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Taney Avenue in Alexandria.
The community event also takes place on the grounds of Patrick Henry Elementary School.

Items for sale usually include antiques, art, books, computers, clothing, shoes, accessories, furniture, tools, collectibles, consumer electronics, crafts, DVDs, movies, music and video games, health and beauty, hom and garden, pottery and glass.
