Hundreds of Verizon Customers Without Phone, Internet Service in Alexandria
Full restoration of services could take several days, according to Verizon.

“While our teams will work round the clock to restore service to customers as quickly as possible, we expect full restoration for all customers to take several days, due to the labor-intensive nature of the work,” the spokesman said. “We regret the inconvenience that this contractor’s actions are causing affected customers.”
