Meeting Scheduled on I-395 HOV Ramp, Seminary Road Bridge
The meeting, which will include a question and answer period, will take place at Francis C. Hammond Middle School.
On October 15, the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) will hold an informational meeting to discuss the remaining construction schedule and opening of the I-395 HOV Ramp and Auxiliary Lane project at Seminary Road.
Project officials will discuss:
- The opening of the HOV ramp
- The completion of the Seminary Road Bridge
- Pedestrian routing during the construction of the new pedestrian bridge
- Completion of the pedestrian bridge
A presentation will be made from 6:30 - 7 p.m. with a question and answer session immediately following the presentation.

The I-395 HOV ramp and Auxiliary Lane project includes the auxiliary lane on northbound I-395 between Duke Street and Seminary Road that opened in early February, as well as a new pedestrian bridge over I-395, and a new I-395 HOV ramp to Seminary Road.
