
The Alexandria Police Department is investigating a stabbing that took place early Monday morning at the intersection of Lincolnia Road and Breckenridge Place, in the Lincolnia area.
Around 1:40 a.m., officers responded for reports of an assault. Police located the victim, an adult male, who had been stabbed. The victim stated he was walking in the area when he was confronted by two suspects. He was transported to a hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
The first suspect is described as a black male, 20 to 25 years-old, with braided hair and a thin build. He was last seen wearing a blue North Face jacket and dark pants. The second suspect is described as a black male, 20 to 25 years-old, with a thin build and wearing dark clothing.
