Police Report Assault, Robbery Sunday in Lincolnia

Fairfax County Police report that a man was assaulted and robbed in the Lincolina area Sunday night. The location is just west of Alexandria.

The robbery and assault took place in the 4900 block of Manitoba Drive, Sunday and was reported at 6:38 p.m.

The victim was walking when he was approached from behind two men. The suspects assaulted the victim, took property and fled. The victim did not require rescue.

The first suspect was described as Hispanic, about 18 years of age, between 5 feet 4 inches and 5 feet 6 inches tall. The second suspect was described as black, about 18 years of age and about 5 feet 8 inches tall.

Anyone with information about the incident or the suspects should immediately contact police.
