Police Report Burglary in Dowden Terrace Neighborhood

Fairfax County Police report there was a burglary in the overnight hours Tuesday in the Dowden Terrace neighborhood of the county.

A resident living in the 4100 block of Faith Court reported hearing noises coming from their kitchen after 3 a.m. After checking, they located an unknown man who fled the home. Responding officers located him and he was taken into custody.

Police did not provide any information Wednesday on whether the man was charged. The investigation is ongoing.
