VDOT Opens All Lanes of Seminary Road Overpass

ALEXANDRIA, VA -- Alexandria motorists now have a smoother commute over I-395 as VDOT opened all the lanes of the Seminary Road overpass Wednesday.

Other elements of the project include an auxiliary lane on northbound I-395 between Duke Street and Seminary Road, an HOV Ramp to Seminary Road and a separate pedestrian bridge over I-395.

The HOV Ramp is scheduled to open as early as next week and the pedestrian bridge is scheduled to open in mid to late February.
