Virginia authorities still looking for man with West Virginia ties who walked away from work release unit (wvmetronews.com) โ Authorities are searching around Winchester for 31-year-old John Wesley Webb, who walked away from a local work-release center, removed his ankle monitor near the Valley Avenue Motel 6, and allegedly stole a car from the nearby Sheetz.
