• North American Ski Resort Operator Expands 'Mission Affordable' To Combat Rising Cost of Skiing (unofficialnetworks.com) — Wintergreen skiers and riders can look forward to free beginner lessons, a $99 Rookie Season Pass, and shareable Mission Affordable 4-Pack lift tickets as part of Pacific Group Resorts' push to lower costs. The Virginia resort is also adding 14 new automated snow guns ahead of the 2026–27 season, aiming to improve snow quality while keeping access more affordable for local families.
