19-Year-Old Shot In Dumfries On Tuesday Night: Police
A 19-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound in Dumfries on Tuesday night, and police said the victim was "uncooperative" with investigators.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A 19-year-old man from Dumfries suffered a gunshot wound on Tuesday, the Prince William County Police Department said. Authorities claimed that the victim refused to cooperate with an investigation.
Officers learned about the victim's gunshot wound around 9 p.m. on Tuesday. A family member had driven the victim to the Sentara Medical Center in Woodbridge for treatment, according to the police report.
The victim's injuries were not considered life-threatening, authorities said.

Officers traveled to the 3800 block of Fettler Park Drive in Dumfries, where the family member picked up the victim, to investigate. The officers said they did not find any evidence of a shooting.
Authorities also claimed that the victim was not cooperative "regarding what led up to the shooting or individuals involved." No other injuries were reported.
