2 Woodbridge 18-Year-Old Men Charged In Armed Robbery: Police
Robert Ouzts and Malaun Palmer are being held without bond after police said they robbed and abducted another teen during a drug deal.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — Two 18-year-old Woodbridge men are being held at the Prince William County juvenile detention center without bond after after police said the pair was involved in an armed robbery that took place during an apparent drug deal Sunday night.
Robert J. Ouzts and Malaun D. Palmer have been charged with robbery, use of a firearm during the commission of a felony and abduction, police reported on Tuesday. According to police, a 17-year-old told officers he had arranged to sell marijuana to another person when a car pulled up to the victim and a 15-year-old acquaintance and two other people got out of the vehicle at 10:45 p.m. Sunday, police said.
One of the two men pulled out a gun and demanded the property of the two people involved in the drug deal, police said. The 17-year-old was forced into the car by the two men while a third person drove the vehicle and left the area, police said. The 15-year-old was not forced to get into the car and left the area.

A short time later, the 17-year-old was allowed to get out of the car unharmed in the 16000 block of Dumfries Road and ran to his house and called the police, police said. Police were told that the vehicle used in the incident had been located and when police made contact with the vehicle’s owner, they noticed two men matching the description given by the victim.
Police were able to detain the two men and then saw a third person who matched the description of another suspect leave from the house. That person was detained by police before Ouzts and Palmer were arrested and charged, police said. Both men will appear in court at a later time and are being held without bond.
