84-Year-Old Woodbridge Man Exposed Himself, Assaulted Masseuse: Police

An 84-year-old man from Woodbridge was charged last week after he was accused of exposing himself and grabbing a woman during a massage.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — An 84-year-old man was charged with assault and battery and indecent exposure after he was accused of exposing himself during a massage, the police department said. The man, Charles Williams Lloyd Jr., was released on a summons before his court date on June 1.

The incident occurred around 3 p.m. on May 12 at the Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Dillingham Square in Woodbridge, according to the police report.

An employee of the spa told police that while she was in a massage session with Lloyd, he grabbed her leg. Later in the session, he made inappropriate gestures before exposing himself to her, authorities said.

The employee covered him up and continued the session, police said. She ended the session when the man exposed himself a second time, according to the police report. She then left the room. No injuries were reported.

After officers completed their investigation Lloyd was charged on Saturday. His court date is scheduled for June 1, and he was released on a court summons.

Indecent exposure is a class 1 misdemeanor in Virginia. It is described as intentionally making an obscene display or exposing one's private parts. Class 1 misdemeanors are punishable by up to 12 months in prison and a fine of $2,500.
