Woodbridge Doctor Accused Of Sexual Battery Against Patient, Warrant Issued For His Arrest

A 48-year-old Stafford man is wanted for allegedly inappropriately touching a patient at his Woodbridge clinic.

WOODBRIDGE, VA – Prince William County police issued an arrest warrant this week for a doctor accused of inappropriately touching a patient at a clinic in Woodbridge.

Officers are looking for Pascal Bobga Ngongmon of the Optimal Sleep and Weight Loss Clinic at 13000 Harbor Center Drive. He is wanted on suspicion of aggravated sexual battery related to an incident that happened on April 1, police said.

"The investigation revealed the victim, a 42-year-old woman, was receiving treatment at the clinic when she was inappropriately touched by her doctor, identified as the accused," the Prince William Police Department said in an incident report shared with Patch.

An arrest warrant was issued for Ngongmon on Wednesday, but police have not yet located him.

Ngongmon, 48, of Stafford, is described as a Black man with black hair and brown eyes, standing 5’10” and weighing 210 pounds.

As of Thursday, his photo and professional biography are still listed on the clinic’s website.
