Angry Wins Nomination For Neabsco Supervisor, Murphy Concedes
Coach Nate Murphy conceded the Democratic nomination for Neabsco supervisor to incumbent Victor Angry on Wednesday after a close primary.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — Victor Angry will represent the Democratic Party in the race for Neabsco supervisor after defeating his primary challenger, Nate Murphy. Murphy conceded the race on Wednesday.
Unofficial results from the Virginia Department of Elections showed that Angry earned 105 more votes than Murphy. Results still need to be finalized by election officials.
"I called Supervisor Victor Angry and conceded the race. I asked him to please allow me to partner with him to continue to improve Neabsco," Murphy wrote on Facebook. "I only wish the best for him and Neabsco (Dale City). I congratulated him on his victory."

The Virginia Department of Elections estimated that 8.25 percent of registered voters cast a ballot in Prince William County's Democratic primaries. In the Neabsco district, voters cast more than 3,700 ballots.
"Thank you to all my friends, family, supporters, donors, voters, and my amazing wife for your confidence in me to serve you," Angry wrote on Facebook. "We have a lot to get done in the next four years, and I look forward to working with everyone!"

Angry also took the opportunity to commend Murphy on a well-run race.
"His future is undoubtedly bright to serve our residents, and I look forward to working with him and his supporters to continue to move PWC forward together," Angry said. "Today is the day we unite and keep building the county we all want to live and thrive in."
