Police in Woodbridge are looking for a suspect who pulled a gun on an Uncle Julio's employee after leaving the restaurant without paying.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A teenager used a gun to threaten a restaurant employee in Stonebridge on Wednesday, police said. Authorities believe the employee confronted a group of teens after they left the restaurant without paying.

The incident began around 9 p.m. on Wednesday, according to a report from the Prince William County Police Department. An employee at Uncle Julio's told police that a group of teenaged males ate at the restaurant and left without paying.

The employee followed the teens to the parking lot, police said. There, one of the teenagers pulled out a gun and threatened the employee. Then, the group left the area in a gray Nissan sedan, authorities said.

The employee returned to the restaurant and called authorities. The teenager did not fire any shots during the encounter, according to the police report.

Police described the suspect as a Hispanic male with a heavy build. He had short black curly hair, a beard, and a full sleeve tattoo on his left arm. At the time of the encounter, he was wearing a black shirt and black pants. He had a gun tucked into his waistband, police said.
