Bank Robbery Reported In Woodbridge On Wednesday: Police
Police are looking for a man who robbed the Truist Bank in Woodbridge on Wednesday afternoon. Nobody was harmed in the robbery, police said.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A man robbed the Truist Bank on River Ridge Boulevard in Woodbridge on Wednesday afternoon, the Prince William County Police Department said. Authorities are still searching for the robber.
Nobody was harmed in the robbery, the police department said.
Investigators believe the robber is a Black man with a thin build who is about 5 feet, 7 inches tall. At the time of the robbery, he was wearing a black ski-style cap, a yellow surgical-style mask, a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and black/white Jordan shoes.

The robbery occurred around 2 p.m. on Wednesday. The robber walked into the bank and passed a teller a note claiming that he had a gun and demanding money. The teller followed instructions and gave the man cash, authorities said. He then left the bank.
No witnesses saw a firearm during the robbery. A police K-9 searched the area along with a police helicopter, but they were not able to locate a suspect.
