Carjackers Foiled By Hot Chocolate In Woodbridge: Police
Two armed carjackers received a jolting comeuppance at the hands of two swashbuckling women Saturday outside a Woodbridge 7-Eleven: Police.

WOODBRIDGE, VA—Two armed would-be carjackers received a jolting comeuppance at the hands of two swashbuckling women late Saturday night outside the 7-Eleven at 15052 Cardinal Drive, according to Prince William County Police. Namely, they defended their car with a swing of a bag and a thrown cup of piping hot chocolate.
Shortly before midnight, police went to the scene for a reported attempted carjacking. A 50-year-old woman said she came out of the store with merchandise and went to her car. That's when two unknown men approached her, flashed a handgun and demanded she give up the car.
Instead, she swung her bag at one of the men while her 22-year daughter came out of the store and threw her just-purchased cup of hot chocolate at the men. They immediately fled, and a police K-9 unit searched the area to no avail.
