Child Pornographer Arrested in Dumfres: Police
He inappropriately touched and photographed a 14-year-old girl last July while she was sleeping, according to Prince William County Police.
DUMFRIES, VA — A man wanted since October for inappropriately touching and photographing a 14-year-old girl last summer was arrested Tuesday, according to Prince William County Police.
Eduyn Misael Baltran-Romero, 43, of no fixed address, was charged with aggravated sexual battery and production of child pornography.
He's being held without bond.

On Oct. 11, detectives from the Special Victims Unit began an investigation into the July incident. Soon thereafter, police found photographs that prompted obtaining arrest warrants.
