Cub Scout Pack 501 Wins Judges Trophy at Dale City July 4th Parade. Cub Scout Pack 501, chartered by American Legion Post 364, participated in the annual Dale City July 4th Parade this year, entering a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) themed float.

The Cub Scouts marched in lab coats carrying various science experiments and their favorite math equations alongside a float which contained a 10 foot rocket on a launchpad, an erupting volcano, a solar system and entertaining music. Adult leaders entertained the crowd with giant smoke rings launched from an oversized vortex smoke cannon.
