$125K In Fentanyl Seized During Arrest Of Woodbridge Man: Police
Authorities seized $125,000 worth of fentanyl pills during an investigation that led to the arrest of a Woodbridge man on Thursday.

CULPEPER, VA — A Woodbridge man faces an array of charges after state police investigators seized 5,000 fentanyl pills when they arrested him on Thursday in Culpeper County. Virginia State Police said Thursday's arrest was the culmination of a lengthy investigation.
Authorities identified the man as 26-year-old Thomas Rector. A woman, 19-year-old Dreanna Thomas, was also arrested on Thursday.
Rector is charged with one felony count of distribution of a schedule I/II drug, one felony count of possession with intent to distribute schedule I/II drug, one felony count of possession of a firearm while in possession of a schedule I/II drug, and one felony count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Virginia State Police officials said officers seized 500 grams of fentanyl worth $125,000 along with a handgun. The Blue Ridge Narcotics and Gang Task Force made the arrests at a home in the 16000 block of Brandy Road in Culpeper County.
