DUMFRIES, VA — A Dumfries man exposed himself to Cracker Barrel workers when they brought a to-go order to his vehicle, according to the Prince William County Police Department.

Authorities identified the man as 41-year-old Brandon Michael Jones. Jones is charged with two counts of indecent exposure.

Jones turned himself in to police on Monday. The police department said his court date is pending and his bond is currently listed as "unavailable."

If convicted of both charges, Jones could face up to two years in prison, based on Virginia's sentencing guidelines.

On Friday, police officers went to the Cracker Barrel on Dumfries Road to an indecent exposure. An employee told investigators that they went to deliver a to-go order to Jones's vehicle in the parking lot.

Jones exposed himself as the employee arrived to hand off the food, according to the police report. Authorities said there was no physical contact between Jones and the victim.

While they investigated Friday's incident, police officers learned of another indecent exposure at Cracker Barrel that occurred in March. Authorities said that Jones had exposed himself to a different Cracker Barrel employee who was delivering food during that incident.

Jones turned himself in to police on Monday.
