Pack up the family and come out to for various workshops held by the Science Museum of Virginia. Each student is limited to no more than 2 workshops and the evening program, and registration is required in person or over the phone beginning July 21.
The Magnet Magic workshop is for students entering Kindergarten through 2nd grade. Students will explore the everyday uses of magnets and their characteristics. They will also create their own compass to take home. There is a 30 student limit for this program.
