We understand that one is not totally fit unless he or she is conditioned through muscular strength, muscular endurance, respiratory endurance, flexibility, body composition, and nutrition. Each component is vital and therefore cannot be separate when aiming to achieve your goals.We know that being fit is a lifestyle of hard work and commitment. If it was easy, everyone would do it. Many fail when it comes to consistency because they lack in knowledge, discipline, finance, accountability, motivation, or because of injuries. Our primary goal is to make sure we meet your needs by providing a service that is affordable, intense, exciting, informative, motivating, and safe to help you attain your fitness goals. We take the time to teach proper training technique before each class in order to make your workout of the day effective. Under Ground Fitness is an evolutionary program with a combination of calisthenics, plyometrics, and free-weight all integrated into a boot camp/ CrossFit style of training. Rather than just basic functional movements, we like adding a little twist to our program to keep our students from getting bored with targeting the same muscles each workout. Our program will continue to confuse your muscles and produce dramatic results without ever worrying about reaching a plateau.Our students are driven to push themselves through extreme levels of training in order to increase a level of performance, results, and self-belief.
