Gander Mountain Open in Woodbridge

Gander Mountain is open for business, according to WTOP.

The retailer announced in the spring that a new Gander Mountain would be opening at 14041 Worth Ave. The building near Potomac Mills once housed the Incredible Universe electronics store.

“Gander Mountain’s newest store will feature one of the largest selections of new and used firearms in Virginia, together with the best selection of gear and accessories for hunting, fishing, camping, boating and archery,” according to a company press release in May.

The Gander Mountain chain was established in 1960 and there are now more than 127 stores in 24 states. Other Virginia locations include Charlottesville, Fredericksburg, Roanoke and Winchester.
