Girl Sexually Assaulted By Family Member In Woodbridge: Police
A man sexually assaulted girl who was a member of his family while they shared the same home in a Woodbridge neighborhood: PWC Police.
WOODBRIDGE, VA—A man sexually assaulted a girl who was a member of his family in 2016 while they shared the same home in a Woodbridge neighborhood, according to Prince William County Police. The incident recently was disclosed to police, after which Angel Mauricio Ruiz, 41, of the 8800 block of Nancy Lane in Fort Washington, Md., was arrested Friday and charged with aggravated sexual battery and object sexual penetration.
The girl recently told a family member about the assault, and police began investigating July 16.
