WOODBRIDGE, VA — A group of people assaulted a man near the Potomac Mills mall food court on Sunday afternoon, according to the Prince William County Police Department. Investigators believe the victim was targeted due to an ongoing dispute.

The police department described the victim as a 24-year-old man. His injuries were not life-threatening; he received medical treatment at an area hospital.

Authorities have not provided any description of the suspects.
