Illegal Gambling Goes Awry Outside Potomac Mills in Woodbridge: Police
Prince William County Police say Norfolk man flashed gun, demanded money and later was arrested near Potomac Mills.

WOODBRIDGE, VA โ A bit of illegal gambling Friday night outside the Potomac Mills outlet mall wound up with a Hampton Roads man arrested for armed robbery, according to Prince William County Police.
Terrace Mariner, 24, of the 2900 block of Peterson Street in Norfolk, was charged with robbery, brandishing a firearm, use of a firearm in commission of a felony and conducting illegal gambling.
Shortly after 6 p.m., police responded to a robbery report in the 2000 block of Potomac Mills Circle. The victim, 22, of Manassas, told police he had been gambling with unknown men when one of them flashed a handgun and took money from him before fleeing the scene in a vehicle.

Police found the vehicle โ and Mariner โ a short time later, after which he was arrested and held without bond.
