Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Girls After Giving Them Drugs Faces Additional Charges
A Woodbridge man who is accused of giving narcotics to girls and sexually assaulting them faces more criminal charges, authorities said.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A Woodbridge man faces additional criminal charges after authorities accused him of giving narcotics to underage girls before sexually assaulting them. The man, 35-year-old Balmore Alexander Ortiz Guardado, was originally arrested in January.
Ortiz Guardado faces new charges of rape and distribution of narcotics to a minor. He was previously charged with one count of aggravated sexual battery, two counts of object sexual penetration, and four counts of distribution of narcotics to a minor.
If convicted of all charges, Ortiz Guardado could spend the rest of his life in prison, based on Virginia's sentencing guidelines.

In January, the Prince William County Police Department arrested Ortiz Guardado in connection with a pair of assaults that occurred in August 2022. In their report, the police department said there may be more victims.

In February, another victim came forward and told investigators about another assault. Authorities said the victim was a girl who was younger than 18 years old.
The victim told police that she went to Ortiz Guardado's house last year. There, he gave her illegal narcotics before raping her, according to the police report.
Authorities obtained the additional charges for Ortiz Guardado on Tuesday. He is being held at the Prince William County Adult Detention Center.
