Man Exposes Himself to Waitress in Woodbridge: Police

WOODBRIDGE, VA — It's one thing to text an image of one's private parts, however creepy that might seem, but it's quite another to flash such images in person.

Yet according to Prince William County Police, that's what happened in the early hours of Friday morning at a restaurant in the 2800 block of Dale Boulevard, when a man exposed himself to a waitress.

Henry Osiris, 27, of the 14700 block of Brook Drive in Woodbridge, was arrested and charged with indecent exposure and public intoxication.

Police say the victim, a 33-year-old Woodbridge woman, told them Osiris exposed himself to her before fleeing the business on foot. Police found him shortly afterward, determined he was intoxicated and arrested him.
