WOODBRIDGE, VA — A man filmed a teenage girl who was changing in a Forever 21 dressing room at the Potomac Mills mall, according to the Prince William County Police Department.

Authorities identified the victim as a 16-year-old girl. There was no physical contact between the girl and the man filming her, the police report said.

The police department described the suspect as a Black man who is between 20 and 25 years old. He is about 5 feet, 1 inch tall. He was last seen wearing a blue hat, a black jacket, a blue shirt, black pants, and white Nike shoes.

The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m. on Monday at the Forever 21 store in the Potomac Mills mall. A 16-year-old girl told authorities that she was changing in the dressing room when she saw a phone that someone was holding under the door to record her. She did not see the person holding the phone, according to the police report.

Video cameras in the store showed the suspect enter the dressing room after the victim. He left the store shortly after the incident, authorities said.
