Man Laughs After Exposing Himself, Assaulting Woman: Police

Authorities are still looking for a man who exposed himself and assaulted a woman in Dumfries on Tuesday morning.

DUMFRIES, VA — A man exposed himself and assaulted a woman in Dumfries on Tuesday morning, the Prince William County Police Department said.

The victim, a 51-year-old woman, did not report any injuries.

Authorities are still looking for the man, who they described as an Asian man between 25 and 35 years old. He weighed about 180 pounds and sported medium-length black hair, the police department said.

The incident occurred around 10 a.m. on Tuesday near the intersection of Potomac River Boulevard and Potomac Shores Parkway. The victim told police that she was near the intersection when man a walked up behind her and assaulted her without saying a word.

The victim turned around and saw that the man was completely nude, according to the police report. The suspect then walked into the nearby woods while laughing, authorities said.
