Man Recorded Women In Dressing Room At Woodbridge Kohl's: Police

Police are looking for a man who is accused of recording two women and a teenage girl in the dressing room of Kohl's on Friday and Sunday.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A man recorded two women and a teenage girl in the Kohl's dressing room in Woodbridge on Friday and Sunday, the police department said. Authorities are still working to identify the suspect.

Police said there was never any physical contact between the suspect and the victims. The police department said the man recorded a 20-year-old woman and a 23-year-old woman on Friday and a 15-year-old girl on Sunday.

Authorities described the suspect as a Hispanic man between 35 and 45 years old who has black hair, a mustache, a medium build, and a scar on his right cheek.

Police were initially called to the Kohl's in Foulger Square around 6:45 p.m. on Friday. The two victims told officers that they were in one of the store's dressing rooms when they noticed someone was holding a phone under the door. The women did not see who was holding the phone, police said.

Officers were called to the department store again on Sunday. A 15-year-old girl said she was in a dressing room when she saw a phone under the door. She yelled and the person holding the phone left, according to the police report.

Video footage indicated that the same man was involved in both incidents, the police department said.
