Man Sexually Assaulted In Woodbridge Apartment, Suspect Charged: Cops
A 30-year-old man was arrested on Sunday after he was accused of sexually assaulting another man in a Woodbridge apartment, police said.
WOODBRIDGE, VA — A man was arrested after he was accused of sexually assaulting another man at a Woodbridge apartment on Sunday.
The victim, a 26-year-old man, did not report any serious injuries, according to the Prince William County Police Department.
Authorities identified the suspect as 30-year-old Dalonte Davonne Johnson. Johnson is charged with one count of forcible sodomy.

Johnson is being held without bond at the Prince William County Adult Detention Center. His court date is pending. If convicted, Johnson could face life in prison, based on Virginia's sentencing guidelines.
The assault occurred on Sunday morning in an apartment in the 14900 block of Potomac Heights Place, the police department said. The victim told police that an unknown person in the apartment pushed him onto a bed and sexually assaulted him.

The victim later fled the apartment and contacted police. After their investigation, officers found Johnson at the apartment and took him into custody without further incident.
