Man Shot, Injured In Woodbridge: Police

WOODBRIDGE, VA – A man was shot on the 1200 block of Potomac Vista Drive in Woodbridge Tuesday night, Prince William County Police say.

Officers responding to the scene of the shooting found one man with gunshot wounds, according to a police statement from shortly after 10:30 p.m. Tuesday. The man was taken to the hospital. No description of a suspect has been issued.

The address is near the Potomac Vista apartment complex.

Police warn residents to expect a continued police presence in the area and ask anyone with information to contact them.

The area has already seen several shootings this year, including one earlier this month and a shooting incident in March that left one dead and four wounded.
