Stabbing Reported At Woodbridge Home On Saturday: Police
A Woodbridge man was arrested over the weekend after he was accused of stabbing a family member on Saturday, police said.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A man stabbed a teenaged family member on Saturday at a home in Woodbridge, according to the Prince William County Police Department.
The victim, who police identified as a 19-year-old man, received medical treatment at a hospital over the weekend. His injuries were not considered life-threatening, authorities said.
After an investigation, officers arrested 24-year-old Naqeebullah Sediqi in connection with the stabbing. Sediqi is charged with one count of malicious wounding.

Sediqi was originally held on a $10,000 secured bond. His court date is pending.
If convicted, Sediqi could face up to 20 years in prison, based on Virginia's sentencing guidelines.

Authorities learned of the stabbing around 4 p.m. on Saturday, as the victim received treatment at an area hospital. Officers determined that the stabbing occurred earlier in the day at a home in the 15000 block of Duckling Place.
According to a police report, Sediqi in the victim had an argument at the home that escalated. During the argument, Sediqi grabbed a knife and stabbed the victim before family members pulled the two men apart, police claimed.
During their investigation, officers found Sediqi near Neabsco Road. He was taken into custody without incident.
