Suspect Who Inappropriately Touched Boy At Food Lion Arrested: Police
Authorities have arrested a man accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy in a Food Lion bathroom in Woodbridge.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — Authorities have arrested a man who is accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy in a Woodbridge Food Lion bathroom.
The police department identified the suspect as 43-year-old Diego Honorato Valencia. He is charged with one count of sexual battery.
Valencia's next court date is scheduled for Feb. 15. He is being held without bond at the Prince William County Adult Detention Center.

If convicted, Valencia could face up to one year in prison, based on Virginia's sentencing guidelines.
The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. on Dec. 8 at the Food Lion in Dillingham Square, according to the police report. The victim said he was inside the bathroom when a man approached him.

The man inappropriately touched the boy "without provocation" and made hand gestures before walking out of the bathroom, police officials said.
The suspect left the area in a newer model Toyota Camry, according to authorities.
The victim reported the incident to a family member, who contacted police.
